✨Well, this is just another version of UTHAPPAM.✨

✨I m a big dosa lover. I love this versions of Dosa from all road side DOSA CORNER. I really miss the dosa corners.✨

✨THIS IS AN INDIAN CUISINE , MAINLY PREFERRED FOR BREAKFAST. THE RECIPE OF THIS DISH IS VERY EASY AND IT’S VERY DELICIOUS IN TASTE.✨

🌸INGREDIENTS🌸

White rice 2 cup
Potato – 1 boiled and mashed
Onion -1 medium chopped
Carrot – 1 medium chopped
Capsicum -1/4 cup chopped
Tomato – 1 chopped
Coriander leaves few chopped
Green chilli – 2 chopped
Ginger – 1small piece chopped
Curry leaves chopped
Red chilli powder – 1/2 Tsp
Black pepper poy – 1/2 Tsp
Cumin powder -1 Tsp
Salt to taste
1 cup fresh curd
Water as needed
Oil 5 – 7 TBSP

🌸METHOD🌸

✨Take a Bowl and pour 2 cup of rice add water and soak it for 4-5 hour’s . Then rinse and drain it for 2 to 3 times.✨

✨Take a mixer and add the rice into the mixer jar add 1/4 cup water and blend fine paste. Smooth rice batter is ready.✨

✨Take 1 boiled and grated potato and add to the same mixer jar blend it for another 30 seconds.✨

✨Transfer the paste into a bowl check the consistency. It should be same as dosa batter.✨

✨Add red chilli flakes, black pepper powder, cumin powder, salt to taste, baking soda, chopped ginger, chopped chilli, curry leaves chopped mix it very well.✨

✨Add chopped veggies whichever you prefer. I have taken carrot, capsicum, tomato, onion and coriander again mix it well. Batter is ready NOW.✨

✨Heat a non-stick mini pan. Pour 1-2 Tsp of oil after the oil gets heated up on medium flame. Pour 2 laddle full of batter and spread evenly. Cover the pan and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame. Drizzle 1-Tsp oil on top. Flip it and cook another side for 1 minute.✨

✨Remove from pan and your VEGETABLE UTHAPPAM is ready.✨

✨Repeat the same steps with remaining batter.✨

✨Serve vegetable uthappam with tomato sauce or fresh curd.✨
