💥TODAY I TRIED TO EXPLORE SOME HEALTHY DISH. I CAME ACROSS SPINCH SO THOUGHT TO MAKE AN HEALTHY AND TASTY SOUP.💥

💥I made SPINCH CORN SOUP has spinch is good for our eye sight corn is good for nutrients.💥

💥Spinach soup is a soup prepared using spinach as a primary ingredient. 💥

💥Eating this leafy green veggie may benefit eye health, reduce oxidative stress and reduce blood pressure levels among other health functions.💥

✨INGREDIENTS✨

○1 Bunch of fresh spinach
○1/2 cup of corn
○2 small tomates
○2 -3 red chillies
○some chopped coriander
○1 onion finely chopped
○2 tsp Amul Butter
○1 tsp black pepper powder
○salt to taste

✨STEPS TO FOLLOW.✨

🌸WASH SPINACH LEAVES AND CHOP ONIONS INTO SMALL CHUNKS AND TOMATOES INTO 4 SLICE, BOIL SOME CORN FOR 10 MINUTES ON HIGH FLAME.🌸
🌸TAKE A PRESSURE COOKER ADD WASHED SPINACH, CHOPPED TOMATOES, 2 RED CHILLI, CLOSE THE LID AND COOK IT FOR 4 WHISTLES.🌸
🌸SEPRATE THE VEGETABLE STOCK TRANSFER ALL THE BOILED VEGES INTO A MIXER GRINDER THEN MAKE A PASTE.🌸
🌸THEN TAKE A KADAI AND ADD LITTLE AMUL BUTTER AFTER IT MELTS ADD CUMIN SEEDS AND CHOPPED ONIONS SAUTE IT FOR 2 MIN.🌸
🌸ADD VEGETABLE STOCK KEEP FOR 2 MINUTES ON HIGH FLAME.🌸
🌸AFTER THAT ADD YOUR SPINACH PASTE AND BOILED CORN AND MIX IT WELL.🌸
🌸WHEN THERE IS A BOIL IN THE SOUP LOW THE FLAME AND ADD BLACK PEPPER POWDER AND PINCH OF SALT.🌸
🌸PUT A LID AND LET IT COOK FOR 2 MINUTES ON MEDIUM FLAME.🌸
🌸ADD SOME FRESH CHOPPED CORIANDER AND SERVE.🌸
